Hidden elements within hidden gridelements are indexed in TYPO3 v9.

TYPO3 9.5.40
ke_search 4.0.3
grid_elements 9.8.1

I also found this related issue in the old repository: teaminmedias-pluswerk/ke_search#104

To reproduce this, the elements must be nested like this:

Gridelement A (hidden)

Gridelement B (visible) placed inside Gridlement A

Content Element placed inside Gridelement B is indexed
