Server Selection Does Not Navigate to Home Screen on Mobile Layout

Describe the bug

When selecting a server in the mobile layout, the app does not automatically navigate to the home screen as expected. Instead, it remains on the server selection screen.

To Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Settings
2. Navigate to the Servers .
3. Select a server.
4. Observe that the app does not navigate to the home screen. (when mobile layout)

Expected behavior

After selecting a server, the app should automatically navigate to the home screen.
