How to publish a vue component library whose users might be using tailwind (not twind)?

I am using vue2, I tried vue-cli's library target and web component target.

• The library target will pollute user's css.

• The web component target is not working.

  • I tried "Create separate CSSStyleSheet", but it seems in vue we need something more to make it work.
