This could be done with a spreadsheet and joined later to the geojson. Elements to be added are year/year valid, catalog record, etc.

The next step for this would be to create an inventory of these sheets using the inventory template, being mindful of the label that is currently being used in the index. These two fields will have to be identical to the spreadsheet so we can "join" them using the directions here: Creating a virtual layer in QGIS.
