Dealer.com spider doesn't work if dealership doesn't supply inventory in DDC or 'gv-inventory-list'

I was playing around with this and found that all of the dealer.com driven Ford dealerships in my area do not supply inventory in the DDC data, nor in the 'gv-inventory-list' element. I modified the spider to make an inventory query in these cases to the API that all of these sites use. Wanted to let you know in case you found that useful in your project. See my fork for details.
