Se requieren generar los endpoints necesarios para implementar la lógica de novedades contractuales para docentes de VE, que incluyen:

Adicción de horas
Reducción de Semanas (Pregrado) y horas (Salarios)
Cancelación de contrato para pregrado y posgrado
