Previously used urls for ons_api are no longer working and I receive this error message:
Error: Cannot open "https://www.arcgis.com/apps/mapviewer/index.html?url=https://services1.arcgis.com/ESMARspQHYMw9BZ9/ArcGIS/rest/services/Counties_and_Unitary_Authorities_December_2021_UK_BGC_2022/FeatureServer/0&source=sd"; The file doesn't seem to exist.
In addition: Warning message:
In CPL_read_ogr(dsn, layer, query, as.character(options), quiet, :
GDAL Error 1: schannel: CertGetCertificateChain trust error CERT_TRUST_IS_PARTIAL_CHAIN

Is this a known issue?
