If a requirement in attachment C-1 DOES NOT start with "Provide evidence" or "Provide documentation demonstrating", is contractor required to provide details of our approach to satisfying this requirement in the comment column to be technically acceptable? Or is answering simply "YES" technically acceptable?

In these cases, a contractor is not required to provide details of their approach to satisfying the requirement in the comment column to be technically acceptable. However, the inclusion of such details is preferred where possible.
