In the case of open-source projects, artifacts must be provided. If the offeror isn’t permitted by the customer to share artifacts, the offeror may provide a written narrative or case study that preserves confidential information, but it must demonstrate the capability/experience being asked for in the requirement. If providing a written narrative, please include the associated contract number and a reference point of contact.
