[We kindly request clarification on the government's definition of "Positive Past Performance References." Specifically, could you confirm the required scope that these references should cover? Should the three references provided be general, encompassing all aspects of the scope outlined in Section C of the PWS, or is there a specific focus the government is looking for?]

The Court is looking for positive past performance references for work that is in scope of this RFQ. There is no specific focus beyond what is listed in the RFQ. To be technically acceptable, a portion of the scope of work performed for the references must be in scope for this RFQ, and the references must give a positive recommendation.
