Describe alternatives you've considered
The agent manager should provide the necessary resources for installing and updating UTMStack agents. At present, agents perform this process, leading to significant infrastructure costs. By implementing this change, each UTMStack instance will directly consume the agent installation files from the CDN, decreasing the number of requests to download agent installation and update files
