APC Prop Data Extraction

APC prop website has great data for their props, but we need to extract it. Currently, some regex are used. This needs to be verified and then converted to SI units from imperial.

This data will need to be stored internally so that it can be accessed cleanly in actual simulation code.
I am currently thinking that a Map like #2 would be beneficial here.
