Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

As a future user (coordinator or reviewer), I would like to be made aware if I have been:

  • made a co-coordinator
  • made a reviewer
  • removed as a co-coordinator
  • removed as a reviewer

Describe the solution you'd like

An email is sent whenever it changes my permission. I would like a link where I can login in the email.
