Properties editor

Many components have features that cannot be manipulated directly, but requires a "properties editor" to discover and set.

An example would caption or helper text; you can modify these if they are set, as they appear visually, but if not set there is no way to add the property/attribute.

This also allows component features to be better discovered via Copilot.
