Where has REMOVE CUSTOM LIST of Cookies gone?

Thank you for the best cookie addon in history! A while back this addon removed cookies associated with a text list of domains supplied by the user, e.g. chess.com, chess, gmail.com, gmail, youtube, godaddy.com, google.com. This list was permanently stored and editable so that at any time all the cookies from all domains in that list were zapped.

Now I cannot find the place to store a list whose cookies are deleted with the push of a button. Is this still hidden somewhere in this addon or was this feature removed for good? If so I hope it comes back. Thank you!
