Windows can grow too large for the screen

Describe the bug

In certain inventory layouts with large numbers of items, the window can end up larger than the screen.

To Reproduce

Set up a Structure that has groups distributed across many rows. At a certain point, the window will go off the top of the screen, especially in Edit Mode.

Expected behavior

Some sort of scrolling should be available to access the entire window’s contents.
