Please delete git tag v1.0 as it is confusing Dependabot.

If Dependabot is enabled for GitHub actions it will see v1.0 as greater than 0.2.6 and submit a PR to bump the version. This can lead to confusion and even scan issues if the PR is approved and any of the new parameters that were not supported in v1.0 tag are in use.
