JuiceWatch End-User License Agreement (EULA)

By installing and using JuiceWatch("the software"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Usage: You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial purposes.

2. Distribution: You may not redistribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the software without prior written consent from Trakexcel Agency.

3. Modifications: You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

4. Support: The software is provided "as is" without any warranty or support. Trakexcel Agency is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the software.

5. Updates: Trakexcel Agency may provide updates to the software at its discretion. You are encouraged to check for updates regularly.

6. Termination: This license is effective until terminated. Trakexcel Agency reserves the right to terminate the license at any time if you fail to comply with these terms.

By installing the software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
