I worked on this alone and helped others
I downloaded the asthama dismissal records using SQL query which was grouped by zipcode. Merged this with the shapefile dataframe which i downloaded from NYC Open data.
Calculated the centroid of the zipcode polygons and plotted the points with the colour intensity of the NYC hospital asthma dismissal counts
