"arrow-parens": ["error, "as-needed", { "requireForBlockBody": true }]

Regarding arrow-body-style: I'm thinking either as-needed or never
implicit-arrow-linebreak with beside sounds good

Maybe also:

no-confusing-arrow would probably be good as well, maybe with ["error", {"allowParens": false}]
