Dear Vladimir,
I could not upload the unite2024ITS.classification file directly to my
GitHub as it is too big. However, I have uploaded all the reference files
in dnabarcoder's format to Zenodo (https://zenodo.org/record/12580255), so
you can also download and use them.
If you wish to compute these files yourself, there are instructions in the
section "How to obtain these UNITE ITS, ITS1, and ITS2 reference sequences?"
I hope this answers your question.
Best regards,
Duong

Hello!
I'm trying to follow the example to classify sequences using the
pre-computed thresholds with the command:
dnabarcoder/dnabarcoder.py classify -i dnabarcoder/query.unite2024ITS_BLAST.bestmatch -c unite2024ITS.classification -cutoffs unite2024ITS.unique.cutoffs.best.json
However, there is no unite2024ITS.classification file in the repository.
Could you please upload it?
With kind regards,
Vladimir
