Another thing that would be useful is to automatically file a bug report with a UA vendor when a spec is going to CR and has failures in that vendor's UA. The bug should include links to the impl report generated from the test run. The vendor can then handle the failures as they see fit, of course. It seems like this is something that could be scripted without too much trouble, at least for Mozilla and WebKit (because Bugzilla has an API and whatnot).
