Create Examples section

Dedicated section for all example projects using Waku.

Currently https://examples.waku.org points to https://github.com/waku-org/js-waku.

Perhaps it should instead point to docs.waku.org/examples.

Currently, the docs has a @waku/sdk Examples href that redirects to examples.waku.org then the examples repo: https://github.com/waku-org/js-waku-examples

We had this conversation some months ago on where examples should live, and we concluded high-level stuff should exist on the docs while more advanced demos should be redirected to the repos they exist in cc @fryorcraken

Also, the create-waku-app package, which scaffolds Waku DApps, lives in the examples repo, so we still need the templates in that repo and creating docs/examples would be a duplicate.

@LordGhostX thank you for clarifying. I anticipate there will be several iterations over the docs and examples in 2024 as the EcoDev, BD, and Growth tracks mature. cc @hackyguru
