bug: proof verification and timestamp problems #91

Two issues observed:

proof fails to be verified (seems the fix in bug: proof is not verified #79 didn't help)
timestamp generation seems off as it is always in 1970 or otherwise gets rejected

Due to these problems this PR is blocked waku-org/examples.waku.org#298
