Is the component is perceivable and usable when High Contrast Mode is enabled?

Note that a High Contrast mode (e.g., Windows High Contrast mode) may disable background images.

If an image is meaningful (e.g., an icon which communicates a button's purpose), avoid placing that image in an element's background. See Techniques for High-Contrast-Friendly Icons
