WikiPathways data release gmt always includes latest revision, even if an earlier revision is tagged "Approved" #115

The latest gmt includes the latest revision, even if that's not the revision that is tagged as Approved. The zipped archive of gpmls includes the correct revision. Including screenshots here.

For example:
https://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP5179 - tagged revision 121883, gmt revision 121899
https://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP5169 - tagged revision 122044, gmt revision 122046

Probably the script that creates the gmt simply pulls in the latest?
