When I go into the login screen it shows the default Windows 10 profile picture, instead of my chosen one. Is this a bug or is this meant to happen?

You are likely on a microsoft account, clh does not fully support microsoft accounts, this includes stuff like alternative login methods or profile pictures as profile pictures for microsoft accounts are handled slightly differently
