Don't store files forever

This as written stores files forever. We could pare down beyond a certain timeframe (90 days?) but that could introduce duplicates to the feed over time.

Fix might require a rewrite to use the captured image file hash as the means to check for duplicates rather than the URL in order to safely dump the files.
