[Woo POS] Improve Get Support form

Description

The Get Support form is reused and presented in POS, but it's a little frustrating to use on an iPad. Perhaps we can improve it a bit?

1. Accidentally tapping outside the Get support modal dismisses it and loses your progress when typing the ticket contents.
2. Can we pre-populate the site address in get support?
3. Can we disable autocorrection and capitalization in the site address on the support form?
