[QA] Not the best route is suggested after changing the amount

Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on deploy-preview-3247.

Steps:

1. Prepare to send 105 USDC from Avalanche (MetaMask) to Solana (Phantom)
2. Check the the best route is offered, in my case ""Mayan Shuttle" (cheapest, time to Solana - 60 sec)
3. Change amount to 10
4. Check amount back to 105
5. Check if the Mayan Shuttle route is suggested as the best option

Actual result: "Mayan Swift" route is suggested.
Expected result: "Mayan Shuttle" route is suggested, because it is the cheapest route and "Time to Solana" is ~60 seconds. Please see ticket #2934.
