[QA] Route not available for WAVAX transfer from Berachain to Avalanche

Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/ and https://preview.portalbridge.com/cdab46534d/.

Steps:

1. Select Berachain as source chain (MetaMask wallet auto-connects)
2. Select WAVAX token as source token (contract address: 0xfB512a7Fc78CE23c231a561adc42967A46b9Bf29)
3. Select Avalanche as destination chain (MetaMask wallet auto-connects)
4. Select AVAX token as destination token
5. Check if route is available.

Actual result: Route is not available. Error in Console:

Error: Unsupported chain, no contract addresses for: Berachain
