Editors like zed don't provide workspace folders (see this comment) and that breaks the lsp initialization.
This PR checks if the workspace folders are passed and if not, takes the value of the passed
rootUri.There's also some changes to the formatting. Couldn't figure out what are the default semicolon and comma settings for this project.
