form.open and the blitz cache csrf #240

I'm using blitz cache on some sites. The problem i'm facing is that i can not inject the blitz csrf into the form.open tag.

It would be very nice to have an option to inject a csrf token into the form.open tag. This way it would be possible to cache all pages via blitz
