UI Updates

1. Limit first screen load of Rewards accordian decks to 20, and only show "Load More" button if there are more Reward accordian decks to load. Currently "Load More" button appears but is not functional.
2. Reduce space between social icons at footer so they don't stack on a 1280x720 screen (See screenshot below)
3. Add Discord icon to social icons? (I suppose it would link to a Discord invite link but I haven't checked best practice on this yet)
4. Remove VSCode link from footer
5. Update copyright in footer to 2023 (and/or change copyright notice to autoupdate)

Lower priority:
Change favicon to an outline of Remi from current black backgrounded "Remi" (see screenshot)

Was this file to be used as a favicon? It looks that way, but it doesn't seem to be used now. Could we use this?
