可以正常安装和打开开关，但是翻墙不起作用。有谁遇上吗？如何解决？

谷歌搜索后，参考https://discussionschinese.apple.com/thread/254968153?sortBy=best的处理方法也无效。
我的系统里并没有“覆盖恶意软件保护”这个选项，不知道什么原因。
