I have a hard time imagining what is the desired output. Could you attach a drawing that would explain what you get and what would you like to get? |

The problem you probably perceive is that you use full tabs. The full tabs create tabs from all four sides. Instead, I suggest using fixed tabs and specify the width the same as your PCB: |

--tabs full ^
--cuts "vcuts; clearance: 0.5mm; layer: Edge.Cuts" ^
--framing "frame; width: 10mm; hspace: 0mm; vspace: 10mm; cuts: v" ^
--fiducials "3fid; hoffest: 15mm; voffest: 8mm; opening:2mm" ^
--text "simple; hoffest: -15mm; voffest: -4mm; width: 2mm; height: 2mm; thickness: 0.4mm; hjustify:right; vjustify: right;text: TEST1 ->;anchor: br" ^
test.kicad_pcb panel/panela.kicad_pcb
This almost works, but I end up with two vcuts inbetween two rows.
