Wont work in VLC #59

Streams fine in Chrome and Firefox but not in VLC. If I run /cam.mjpeg it partially works/flaky in VLC. Can you sugest code so it runs properly when streaming in VLC?

I tried with VLC for Windows 3.0.21.
It seems that VLC would rapidly play through dozens of pictures, freeze for a while, and start playing rapidly again.
My guess is that VLC cannot accommodate ultra low frame rate from ESP32-CAM.
