Jupyter Notebooks don't work with vscode

After connecting to KubeSSH via vscode remoting, trying to open a Jupyter Notebook in vscode fails. The SSH connection drops, and then gets stuck in a reconnect loop.

I suspect the environment vscode expects to find in the spawned pod is different from what we give it. We need some additional logging to test it out, though.
