Summary

Support user-defined names for projects with multiple folders.

Describe the feature

Currently, projects are named after the folders added to the workspace. This is not very helpful in some situations: badly named git repos, duplicate names for different projects, etc.

It would be very helpful to be able to rename projects in those cases.
