Problem

Many customers manage content in multiple languages within the Zesty platform. Currently, they rely on their internal teams to manually translate content, which is both time-intensive and costly. This process often slows down workflows and creates friction for teams trying to maintain content in multiple regions or languages.

Customers have expressed a strong desire for a streamlined way to translate content directly within the Zesty system, saving time and resources while maintaining efficiency.

Opportunity

Introducing an auto-translation feature in Zesty will:

  1. Reduce dependency on external translation resources, leading to cost and time savings.
  2. Enhance workflow efficiency by enabling real-time content translations.
  3. Increase customer satisfaction and retention by addressing a key pain point.

Proposed Solution

Add an "Auto-Translate" button to the content item interface. This feature would leverage AI to translate content from one source language to any desired target language. The translation process would work seamlessly within the Zesty platform, ensuring ease of use and consistency.
