2011年10月，国家质检总局、国家标准化管理委员会发布《中国人名汉语拼音字母拼写规则》，自2012年2月1日起实施。该标准明确了公民护照上人名的拼音规则，并首次明确，根据技术处理的特殊需要，必要的场合(如公民护照等)，大写字母ü可以用YU代替。目前公安机关签发的出入境证件原则上均依此规则打印制作。

能否支持选项 v bool 改成string类型，支持ü 转v/yu 多种情况
