Cannot list members of a particularly substantial PDS in vsce

Describe the bug

If I try to list data members of a PDS containing many items in the VSCE, I can run into an error that prevents the VSCE from listing the members.

Logs show:

If I attempt to list the members using the zowex executable, the member list is truncated, showing message: Warning: results truncated.

Expected and actual results
I would expect to see the members of the PDS without error.
