Use a GitHub action to run pandoc.

Make the images smaller (50%).

Output to both PDF and Word; create a new release each time.

Word documents are intended to be edited by others. Therefore, the document name should include the release version, so if there are edits we'll know what to compare it against.

Embed the release version in the PDF.
