fix: preview changes on localhost issue #12

after updating css styles and updating config file, when previewing local in browser, changes were not showing. This fixed the issue and maybe it would help someone :)

After updating css styles and config file, preview of changes made on localhost wasn't showing. Added --ignoreCache to Makefile and this fixed the issue. Maybe this can help someone :)
