Support for patching existing IIQ files with new calibration

The 1.6 release adds support for applying new remap/calibration to a selected set of existing IIQ files. This will end up replacing calibration data in those files with the new one and allows to apply it post factum.

This minor 1.6.2 release fixes several bugs in applying calibration and recalculating preview offsets and superceeds 1.6. The previous 1.6.x versions are now deprecated and removed.

Support for IQnnn backs remap with Sensor+

This release adds support for remap of digital backs with Sensor+ (this includes some Pnn+ and all IQnnn digital backs). Only IQ1xxx backs were tested.

Improvements and bugfixes

Fixes and updates to IIQ Remap:

• re-apply raw corrections when new calibration file loaded
• thresholds defects are not overriden on loading raw or applying defect corrections (can still be done by using detect from raw button)
• added support for Unicode filenames and file path for Windows version
• updated LibRaw defects correction code for Phase One digital backs to the chnages that coming out in next LibRaw release
• calibration creation time in calibration file is now updated as well - Phase one seems to be looking at that one when reporting last calibration time
