For running the Ghosts Wii U Mod Injector you need to first of all install Java on your machine, then double-click the Ghosts.Wii.U.Mod.Injector.jar like you would with a regular EXE. If for some reason the JAR association stops working, make sure to run Jarfix (if you're on Windows).
