Problem
There are no unit tests for decoding SDSM data.
Solution
A new unit test has been implemented to verify the decoding of example SDSM data.
Testing
A container was started using docker-compose-debug.yml, and the test suite in /build/acm_tests was executed. All tests passed successfully.
