How to use:

  1. Download the file ReportStats-iSanXoT-v0.x.zip
  2. Unzip the downloaded file
  3. Execute the file ReportStats-iSanXoT.bat

Input:

  • iSanXoT report

Output:

  • iSanXoT report with the statistics (user selection):
    • Limma (removing duplicates)
    • LimmaDup (with duplicates)
    • T-test (two-sided, equal variance)

Tools used in ReportStats-iSanXoT-v0.2.1:

  • Portable Chromium (98.0.4758.102)
  • R-Portable (v4.1.2)
  • R-package Limma (v3.50)
  • R-package Shiny (1.7.1)

Changes:

  • Avoid error when using \s in group names
  • Adapt button size of integrations and samples to string length
  • Avoid error when using one integration only
