How to use:
- Download the file ReportStats-iSanXoT-v0.x.zip
- Unzip the downloaded file
- Execute the file ReportStats-iSanXoT.bat
Input:
- iSanXoT report
Output:
- iSanXoT report with the statistics (user selection):
- Limma (removing duplicates)
- LimmaDup (with duplicates)
- T-test (two-sided, equal variance)
