Meeting Minutes
Meeting 1
We discussed the progress of Sprint 2 and identified the key tasks that needed to be completed. These included finishing all the manager tabs, implementing OAuth for improved security and user authentication, making necessary CSS changes to improve the platform's design, and adding extended features to enhance its functionality. We acknowledged the importance of these tasks and gave them the necessary priority. As we wrap up Sprint 2, we are satisfied with the progress that we have made and are confident that we have achieved most of our goals. We look forward to presenting our completed deliverables to the instructor and moving forward with the next sprint.
Meeting 2
We started with our meeting agenda items including asking the team what has been done since the last meeting, what is going to be done before the next meeting, talking about OAuth implementation, and talking about menu board implementation and requirements. We then moved on to what has been accomplished. The manager view backend is completely done, the X and Z reports have been completed, the ability to add an order has been completed, and pictures have been added to the menu.
For the meeting, we talked about tasks completed and assignments. The tasks included google translate, OAuth, menu board view, server view, post requests in the backend, revamping backend naming schemes, prices tab implementation, cleaning up the z report, and centering elements.
We ended the meeting by discussing tasks before the next meeting and assignments. We had OAuth implementation, login page, server view, google translate, and documentation to be done before the next meeting.
Meeting 3
We started by discussing the meeting agenda items which included gathering ideas about what items were completed and items that need to be completed and setting times for the next scrum meeting. We transitioned to the accomplishments which included the google translate request in backquest, fixing backend naming schemes, deployment of the frontend and backend on the cloud, finishing the manager view, cart and order functionalities, and menu board.
For the meeting, we talked about tasks completed and their assignments which included google translate in the backquest, OAuth backend implementation, menu board view, server view, post requests in the backend, backend naming schemes, prices tab implementation, cleaning up the z report and deployment.
We ended the meeting by discussing the remaining tasks and assignments. These included the OAuth API implementation with login, a login page, server view, google translate fully implemented on the front end, and documentation for the project.
